  • 1 package of your favorite Bentilia pasta
  • 1.5 lbs Cremini mushrooms cut in quarters
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 lime juice
  • Salt pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to instructions on the box.
  2. Cut mushrooms in quarters and sauté without oil
  3. Add the cashew sauce and check seasoning
  4. Serve on top of the pasta
  5. Garnish with a dash of fresh chopped parsley
  6. For the sauce:
  7. Blend cashews with all the spices and lime juice
